STIMULATING SWISS TRADE
Efforts to revive trade in certain centres in Europe are taking many novel forms, but few are so curious, as the latest idea from Geneva. In a large number of shops a coupon is given for every franc spent. Five coupons entitle the holder to travel a kilometre on railway,' omnibus or late steamer.
So if you want to tour Switzerland all you have to do is to 1 spend enough money in the shops. The scheme is very popular, and has resulted in a mild trade boom.
