DEPARTURES Thursday, August 10
Waimea, s.s., 11.55 a.m., 504 tons, A F. Inman, for Napier. Pukeko, m.v., noon, 736 tons, A. Me Lachlan, for Napier, via Waikokopu.
The Waimea arrived this morning from Auckland, and sailed later for Napier. The Poolta leaves Lyttelton to-day for Wellington to complete loading for Napier and Gisborne. The vessel is due here on Tuesday and on completion of discharge and loading will sail for South Island ports, via Wellington, to begin loading again for Napier and Gisborne. The Titoki is to clear Wellington to-morrow for Dunedin, where she will begin loading for Napier and Gisborne. She will complete as usual fit; Timaru, Lyttelton and Wellington. T.he Gabriel la arrived at New Plymouth this morning from Newcastle and Sydney’ with coal and general cargo, and it due here, via Wanganui, about Tuesday or Wednesday next.
The Pukeko arrived this morning from Portland Island. Auckland, Hicks. Bay, Tokamaru Bay and Tola’ga Bay’, and sailed later for Waikokopu and Napier. The Awn,hou is expected here in the morning from Wellington and Napier, and will bo dispatched the same afternoon for Lyttelton, where she will load on Monday for Waikokopu, Gisborne, and tho Coast. The following day the vessel will load at Wellington for Napier and Gisborne.
Tho Margaret W is to complete the discharge of her cargo of shingle this afternoon, and after loading will sail for Auckland, where she will load on Monday anil Tuesday again as usual. The Tiroa arrived this morning from Auckland'.and will sail again on Sat urday for the same port. The auxiliary scow Will Watch is expected lo leavo Auckland to-day for Gislornc, where she is due late on Sunday.
The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company’s steamer Matakana left Wanganui last night for Gisborne, where she is to start loading to-morrow morning for Homo.
