BUTTER DEARER IN LONDON f ___
An increase of Is in the price of butter is reported from . London to-day. Messrs. Joseph Nathan and Company hayo received the following advice:— “Butter, 87s. Tlie market is firm and active.’’
The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company have received the following advice from London dated August 10“ Butter, 87s to 88s; the market is firm. Cheese, white 495, colored 60s to 51s; the market is quiet.”
