BOWLS
KAHUTIA CLUB Only one game was played on the Kalmtia Bowling Club’s green yesterday afternoon, when a rink from the Gisborne club journeyed over to contest a game for the coveted “Roosters.” The rinks were as follow; —Holders: Lynskey, O. Dunlop, Power, Itothwoll (s) and Challengers : Waite, Johnson, Sutton, A. Hay (s). Despite the fact of the green being on the heavy side, an interesting game resulted, victory resting with the holders of the trophies by 05 to 19.
