NEW OFFICERS ARRIVE (Per Press Association.) > WELLINGTON, this day. Three naval officers arrived by the Bomuera yesterday to join the New Zealand division of tho itoyal Navy for three years. Paymaster Lieutenant-Commander C. S. Blair-Hickman is to join the Diomede; Commander R. P. Chapman is to join the Diomede; and Pay-maater-C-imuaiuler M. V. Drake is to join the Philomel. Thirteen naval ratings also arrived by the Remuera.
