“SAVING £20,000 ON DOLE” OXFORD, March 25. Sir Raymond Uimvin, President of tho Royal Society of British Architects, speaking at Oxford, reveuted that in spite of the stringency of the times the Institute is going forward with tho plants for its now building in London. Tho building, he said, would cost £IOO,OOO, and this would mean that about £20,000 would be saved to r.lic nation in unemployment pay. “I think you will agree,’ he added, “that this is not on inconsiderable contribution towards the solution of -the unemployment problem. ’ ’
