THE INDIAN COMMITTEE
DURATION LIMITED (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY. April 16. It is authoritatively stated in London that the various periods mentioned for the duration of the Select Committee on Indian Reforms are wholly speculative. The duration is completely in the hands of the committee itself, save that all proceedings must be over before the prorogation of the Parliamentary session. The published suggestion that the committee might sit until Christmas is thus entirely erroneous,
