FORTUNE TO POOR FAMILY LONDON, April 6. A Norwegian missionary, Hemingway, who died in France and left £IBO,OOO as the result of speculations in oil shares, bequeathed £70,000 to the wife of an unemployed window-cleaner of Barry (Wales), named Arthur Williams, who had befriended Hemingway during a visit to England, believing that lie was ' poor. The will ordains that Williams’ two children must be educated out of the slum districts of Barry, where they are now living. " ,
