INDIAN TEA EXPORTS
PROPOSED RESTRICTIONS (Received April 15, 11 a.m.) CALCUTTA, April 14. The India Government shortly is introducing a bill in the Legislature restricting tea exports in accordance with an agreement reached among producers of India, Ceylon, and the Dutch East Indies. The anti-dumping bill, which was directed principally against Japan, passed the Legislative Assembly without division.
