(Herald Correspondent.) The Pulia. Football Club held its annual meeting in the Paha Hall on Monday evening, there being a large attendance. The balance sheet showed a substantial credit balance. The junior team was congratulated on winning the 1932 Waikohu competition. The following officer's were elected: Chairman, Mr. R. Scott; secretary, Mr, G. Brown; treasurer, Mr. O. M. Graham; delegates to tlie Waikohu sub-union, Messrs. P. and G. Brown ; committee, Messrs. Mclntyre. F. Malone, A. Malone, P. Brown, Wirangi. J. Holdsworth, J. Dymock, Jack Prendergast, P. Howard, S. llatchitt, Ned Tu, W. Brown, and Koroua Pohai. Messrs. Cato and Peach returned during tho week-end from a trip north, where Mr. Cate has been successful in securing a balloted farm in the Kaikoho district.—Tho many friends of Mrs. F. Malone will ho pleased to hear that she is doing well after a serious operation in the Cook Hospital.
