NEW CHAIRMAN ELECTED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Mr Richard Warne Gibbs, director of the Bank of New Zealand representing shareholders’ interests on the hoard, was to-day unanimously elected chairman in succession to Air Oliver Nicholson, of Auckland.
