CONTRACT BRIDGE TRAIN
NOVEL EXPERIMENT OTTAWA, Jan. 10. The Boston and Maine and Canadian National Railway systems have co-oper-ated in launching the novel experiment of a contract bridge train. The train, for which numerous Bostonian devotees of bridge have already booked seats, will leave Boston for Montreal on Saturday morning, January 14. The passengers will play contract during the journey and will be graded according to skill in different cars. Each car will be in charge of a bridge expert and be the scene of a separate tournament. The fare will include cards and prizes. On arrival at Montreal, a scries of games will be., played with local bridge enthusiasts, and the Bostonians will resume their games on their homeward journey.
