DEBT NEGOTIATIONS
FRANCE RESENTS EXCLUSION (Received Jan. 26, 3 p.in.) PARIS, Jan. 25. M. -Paul Rancour received the British and United States Ambassadors and discussed the situation arising from France being excluded from the Anglo-American negotiations on the ground that she had not paid her debt instalment. M. Boncour urged the United States to realise the advisability of all countries being represented in the debt negotiations at Washington.
