RICHFIELD WINS CUP WIN AND PLACE SYSTEM TESTED (Per Press'Association.) STRATFORD, last night. The Stratford! races opened in glorious weafiher before a large attendance. The track was hard. The win and place system was adopted: on the tolalisat.or, which handled £.16,738 10s, compared with £14,957 10s for the first day of last year.
