TASMANIA AT WANGANUI
(Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, this day
The overseas liner Tasmania arrived last evening from New Plymouth to load cargo, including frozen meat. A call for waterside workers met with no response, and the crew of the steamer refused to handle meat.
This morning free labor .was engaged. to load the lighters and the steamer, and work is proceeding.
