The trial at the Ijjupi'enie Court, before 11 is Honor Mr. Justice Blair, of Edward Tiui'iflit, who is charged with 'the' murder, at Picton, on November 3, 1931, of an old man named JTaiiieS Flood, Was Continued to-day. Mr. Maeassey, in the course of a lengthy address to the jury, stressed the points which would be brought out id the evidence on which J the Crown principally relied. He spoke for two hours, after which the Crown proceeded to call evidence.
Three witnesses were called, a sut veyol', a police photographer, and Con stable Condon, offi'cch' in charge at Pic tofi.
