HOT WORDS IN HOUSE MR. STALLWORTHY HITS OUT DOMESTIC RECRIAII NATIONS (Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. Stalwortliy, spared no words in his criticism of the Minister of Education and Air. E. Lye (Coal. Waikato). Air. Stallworthy said he strongly resented a suggested that his previous criticism had been iu response to the dictates of the Master Printers’ Association, and also a verbal assault which had been made on him in thp lobbies by the Alinister because of the attitude lie had taken up on behalf of 17,000 petitioners who had asked Parliament to institute a system of open tender in connection with school text books. Should the member for Waikato be the next speaker and attack his loyalty to the party lie would remind him that when Mr. H. S. S. Rising to a point of order, Afr. Lvo said that in quite an orderly and coiistitutional way he denied tho statement made by Mr. Stallworthy that when Air. Kyle was speaking he hastened out of the House to immediately acquaint the Alinister of Education that an attack was being made on him. ‘‘l give that a most emphatic denial,” lie said.
