SWING IN CONGRESS NEW YORK, Oet. 23. The New York women's organisation for national prohibition reform announces that a questionnaire addressed to Congressional candidates ot all parties at the coming election disclosed that 553 out. of f>o7 declared themselves “wet” and 54 “Dry.” The society, in a statement, declares that the poll, which is about half complete, definitely forecasts the arrival of a “Wet” militant, group in the new Congress whichever party ivins.
