Rival factions engaged in lively exchanges of opinion at the annual meeting of tho Wellington Automobile Club held this week. The largo room was crowded with members, many of whom criticised statements made by tho chairman of the executive committee, Mr. E. A. Belt, in regard to the administration of the dub’s affairs. There were occasions when feelings van high, and more than mice speakers had to he called to order. There were 22 nominations for the office of committmen, 10 being required. The eight sitting members were returned to office, with two additions.
