WHEAT FOR CHINA
DIVERTED TO RUSSIA (Received October 21, 2 p.m.) WINNIPEG, October 20. Wheat pools are puzzled by Moscow reports of Canadian grain imports. While several large shipments have been made to t bin,l lately, no Soviet pur(bases are known. It is believed that shipments to the Orient were diverted in three ships hooked for cargoes to Shanghai in November.
