NEGOTIATIONS OPEN
BRITAIN AND FREE STATE (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Oct. 14. Negotiations between the British and Irish Free State Governments opened at the offices of (lie Cabinet secretariat.
The British Government was represented by Mr. J. It. Thomas and other Ministers, and the Free State’s principal delegate was Mr. Do Valera. Discussions lasted throughout Jo-day, and will he resumed to-morrow morning.
