KICKED BY CHURCHWARDEN (Received October 15, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 14. Major Hammond, a magistrate and acting churchwarden of Morsten, Norfolk. who admitted that when the Rev. Harold Davidson, of the Stiff key case, came to demand the keys of the church ho kicked him downstairs, was fined £2 for assault.
