DELEGATES AT LAUSANNE ' - SEEKING A SOLUTION (British Official Wireless.) Roc. 2 p.m. RUGBY, June 30. At the Lausanne Conference, a bureau consisting of Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, as president, and one representative of each delegation, Which after its formation last night at a meeting of the six inviting Powers, worked into the small hours cf the morning on reparation problems, resumed early to-day, and has been almost constantly at work since. Meanwhile, the Ministers of Commerce, or their representatives, have been considering the measures necessary to solve the economic and financial difficulties responsible for, or tending to prolong, the present crisis, in preparation for a wider international conference to consider the question in the near future. 1 According to newspaper reports, Germany is prepared provisionally to contribute a sum, not as yet fixed, for a European reconstruction fund, and some discussions centred round this idea.
