NEWSPAPER SUED
WRITS POR £30,000 (Received Juno 10, 11 a.m.) SYDNEY, dune 10. Messrs. Winter, Simpson and Company have issued writs out of the Supreme Court on behalf of Sir Hugh Denison, Sir .John Butters, and Albert Fordyco Wheeler, directors of Associated Newspapers, Limited, for £IO.OOO each against the Labor Daily and George Smith, the printer and publisher.
