DOMINION UNEMPLOYED (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, last night. The unemployment registrations totalled 44,912 on March 21, compared with 44,399 a week earlier, showing an increase of 513. The number of men engaged part-time on scheme 5 was 32,(i27, leaving 12,255 unplaced, or standing down.
