On her first visit to Napier since the mr. liipinke, the Federal Bine vessel, Niirtlmnihei laud, is at present anchored in the Napier roadstead. The Northumberland was ,'incliored at Napier with 11m Taranaki on February 3 last. The crews filler lent valuable aid hi tho emergency relief measures, while the vessels ultimately carried large numbers of refugees to other centres.
