"While I would have liked to try to hammer out some of the dr Hi cullies in connection with the Im peri ail Conference by personal negotiation, J am sure your advice is best, and I am acting accordingly.” Mr. Thomas leaves on January 8 on a health, trip. He will spend four days in South Africa, and returns on February 22.
