AUTHOR’S PLANE JOURNEYS A flight in the Graf Zeppelin across the -South Atlantic, which occupied four days, was experienced by Richard Coke, an English author and traveller, who arrived at Auckland by the Niagara from Vancouver in order to obtain material for a new book. Mr. Coke, who Us tho author of “The Arab’s Place in the Sun” and other works, is engaged on a world tour, during which he (intends to travel on every important commercial air line in the would. Mr. Coke has already -travelled over 30,000 miles by aiir. He is nor. staying in New Zealand, but will proceed to Sydney by the Niagara, and wilt travcil extensively by air in Australia. Mr. Coke will then proceed by air to Java and return to Europe by one of tho Dutch air liners that maintain a. weekly service between Sourabaya and Amsterdam.
