FORGED TICKETS

SYDNEY, Nov. 21. A ball was given on the P. and 0. motor ship Strathnaver to-night in aid of the Mission to Seamen. During the day 600 admission tickets were forged and were sold at from 10s to 15s each, and several couples were, turned away when they presented the bogus tickets. A number innocently gained admission before the fraud was detected.
