AL CAPONE’S BODYGUARD CHICAGO, Oct, 28. In delivering a scathing denunciation of A 1 Capone and his cohorts, United States District Judge Wilkerson sentenced Phil Dandrea Capone’s bodyguard, to six months’ gaol for contempt of court by carrying a revolver at AI Capone’s trial.
