TWO SAFES OPENED

BURGLARY IN STRATFORD (Per Press Association.) STRATFORD, this day. A burglar effected an entrance into the King’s Theatre late on Monday night, and broke open two safes in the office, a sum of about £SO, nearly all in silver, being stolen. The thief was lucky, as owing to Monday being a bank holiday the amount in the theatre was larger than ordinarily.
