SKINS AND HIDES
Messrs. Murray, Roberts and Co. report that at the Wellington sale of skins and hides on Friday, sheepskins sold practically at par with last sale’s values, the advanco in London sales recorded last Friday having been anticipated previously. Hides were in good general demand and on the whole at prices a little firmer than last sale. Lows and light ox sold par to better, medium ox were on the same level as last sale, and heavy ox from id to §d higher.
