Occupying a .prominent place in the “xhiljit is a working model of, the Warren-Farmer millpngi machine. Among the many sterling and unique features of the machine are the simplicity of operation, convenience, and ease with which it. can he cleaned. A feature is the fact that no releaser or puisatov is required on account of the fundamental design, and the most marked result of this, apart fiom the freedom from releaser troubles, is that the milker can be operated at 65 pulsations a minute, as against the 45 releaser type machines, vhi'-li cannot he worked faster. Herd testing is the simplest possible matter with (his machine, it being only neces ; airy to disconnect the elevating pipe at the milk chamber, and insert a test Send in the rubber union, whereupon the milk flows into a receptacle provided. \pother remarkable feature is the small bower required to operate the WarrenFanner: a If or one li.p. electric motor w’ll work up to four units with’separator. The New Zealand Department of Industries and Commerce sent a Warren-F-irmer milking machine to the Wembley Exhibition at its own expense, and ves grunted two certificates of honor with medals. Such official recognition could only he obtained by a machine of special merit. An inspection is cordially invited, while Air. Townsend, the Warren Engineering Co.’s expert, will be pleased to ;ive a demonstration. Another excellent and popular agency is the Massey Harris agency for farm dmplements. and their representative, Mr. Envond, is on the stand to discuss and explain the detailed workings of all Massey Harris implements. Among the many other lines attractively displayed are Whakatane Harrows, Whitecro's fencing wire and ■ wire •mtting. Elmhurst tea, and a large range of seeds of all descriptions, including some exceptionally fine types of seed maize.

COMMON, SHELTON & CO., LTD. Probably one of the most interesting exhibits at this year’s Show is that of Messrs Common, Shelton and Co., Ltd. It is notjjiily attractive, hut is of such a comprehensive nature as to immediately hold one’s attention. One particular display worthy of mention is a series of slabs of turf, showing the various grades of Poverty Bay perennial ryegrass, ranging from the low-grade of seed to the finest certified mother pasture. Osmond s sheep and cattle remedies also have a place in this interesting exhibit, and one is impressed with the large and varied range of animal medicines so essential to present-day farming. Farm and garden implements are also here and range from htwn mowers, Planet Jnr. implements, Hercules mowers and rakes, to P. and i). Duncan’s farm implements, for which this firm is the Poverty Bay agent. Quite a departure from tlio usual exhibit is a fino display of Silvor.dawn tea. This particular brand ot' tea is a special blend of the finest Orange Pekoe, and is specially imported from Ceylon by this progressive firm, and visitors to the Show will be afforded tho opportunity of sampling this line tea. And last but by rib means least is a display of three beautiful stags’ heads. These exceptionally fino specimens were shot by Air E. M. Hutchinson and party on a recent shooting expedition in South Westland, and visitors should make a point of seeing them.

Mr. George AY. Aitken’s concrete works intended to have a silo oil exhibition at the Show, but owing to the great demand at present the one to have been used for the demonstration had to be sold and there was insufficient time to prepare another.
