EXPLANATIONS TO BRITAIN BERLIN, Oct. 25. The Tageblatt says Herr Hitler will shortly visit England to meet influential personages, including Mr. Churchill and Sir Oswald Mosley.
His chief desire is to convince foreign opinion of his peaceful intentions in the event of his attaining power in the Reichstag.
