TO-DAY’S ROAD RACE To-day’s professional cycle road race, five laps round the Makaraka-Busbmere circuit, resulted as follows : J. Watts, 3min. 20sec 1 R. Dolman, 3min. 20sec 2 . C. Davis, smin. ... 3 D. Millier, who finished in tenth place, made tlie fastest time with 42m in. 32 3-ssec., while -Foster, who finished only five yards behind Millier ip eleventh place, registered the second fastest time. There were 21 starters.
