SOLICITOR STRUCK OFF (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Court of Appeal this morning made an order striking James Francis Hosking, of Auckland, off the rolls of barristers and solicitors of the Dominion. The order was consented to by the practitioner.
