Seven thousand men of n younger generation —some of them young enough to he his grandchildren—heard his voice, calm and encouraging, as lie spoke to the convention of National 'Electric Light Association here over the radio from his winfei home in Fort Myers, Flu.
‘‘l appreciate your greetings,” hi' said. “My message to you is to ‘be brave.’ I have lived a long time. I have seen history repeat itself again aiul again. I have seen many depressions in business. Always the country has come out; stronger and more prosperous. Be as brave as your fathers were before you! Have faith! Go forward! ’’
