EX-PREMIER INVOLVED The name of the lit. lion. W. L. Mackenzie, King, formerly Prime Minister of Canada, reports a Sun cable from Ottawa, is being dragged into the Boanharnois scandal, concerning highlyplaced personages, which is now lining investigated by a special committee oi Parliament. No previous investigation lias so shaken Canada as the inquiry now proceeding. The commission was set v.p on June 10 last, comprising members of all parties in tlie Legislature and empowered to investigate all phases of flic Beauharnois project for the development of hydro-electric energy by the use of the waters of the St. Lawrence River.
