TEMPESTUOUS WEATHER MELBOURNE, April 12. The yacht Oimara, which left Sydney 1 I days ago for Melbourne, experienced tempestuous weather and arrived at Port Welshpool, near Wilson’s Promontory, late, on Saturday night.

The Oimara reached Welshpool harbor short of water and food, the engine, was out of commission, and most of.her sails, including the spares, were in tatters.
