PRINCESS PAT'S HUSBAND
GOOD SERVICE AWARD LONDON, Feb. 22. It was announced last night by the Admiralty that Captain the Hon. A. R. M, Ramsay, D.S.O'., husband of Princess Patricia, daughter of the Duke of Connaught, has been awarded a good service pension, of £l5O a year in succession to Captain 8. H. Bailey, who has been promoted to rear-admiral. The award of a good service pension is granted for "distinguished service at sea," and is the Navy's stepping-stone to flag rank. Captain Ramsay has been Commodore of the Royal Naval Barracks at Portsmonth since 1929.
