NEW HEADQUARTERS OPENED (British Official Wireless.) Roe. noon. RUGBY, March 20. Buildings forming a part of t lit* Girl Guides’ new Imperial headquarters in London wore formally opened by the Queen. Her Majesty was received by Princess-Mary, Countess of lfarewoml, president of the Girl Guides Association. After the ceremony, the Queen made a tour of the buildings.
