CHRISTCHURCH RAM PAIR fPnr Proas Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, last night. The annual rani fair of stud stock was held to-day. The entry was 280 head. Auckland, Wairnrapa, Manawalu, Southland, and South Canterbury breeders were represented, besides all the best known North Canterbury breeders. Except for Kouthdowns and English Leiccsters, it was a dull sale, with passings frequent. Many sheep were bought to go to the North Island. The range of prices was: Corriodalc, 7gns. to 62J,gns; Sonthdowif, sgns to 42gns. ; English Leicester, 7J,gns. to 43gns. ; Lincoln, 7gns. to 22gms.; Border Leicester, Sgns. to 29gns.; Shropshire, Bgns. to lOgns.; I’omney Marsh, 6/,gns. lo 21gns.
