CYCLING DISPUTE
CONTROL IN NEW ZEALAND (Received February 27, 2 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 26. Arising out of a discussion at a conference of the International Union of Cyclists, the Britisli National Union is reopening the question of cycling control in Now Zealand, now vested in the Union of Cyclists.
