m EXPORTS TO BE LARGER QUESTIONS IN COMMONS (K!«c. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received January 22. 3 p.m.) LONDON. Jan. 21. In the House of Commons,Commander Mellairs asked whether Mr. VV. Graham was aware of the Soviet's l decision to increase the exportable supplies of grain in 1931 from 10 to 25 per cent., and what measures (he Government was taking lo prevent dumping in Britain. Mr. C. M. Gillett replied that Mr. Oraham was aware that the Soviet intended to increase the exports referred to in Mr. Graham's answer in the House of Commons on November 3. Commander O. Locker-Lampson: Is Mr. Graham aware that the increased exports are due to the starvation of Russians ? Mr. Gillett: No. Commander Locker-Lampson : Then he ought to be. Mr. E. P. Wise: Is he aware that the Statement just made is untrue. (Cries of "Withdraw !") Commander Locker-Lampson asked for an early opportunity to prove that his statement was true Amidst further cries of "Withdraw! the Speaker called the next question.
