'The. validity of regulations granting preference to members of the Waterside Workers’ Federation is being tested at law. .Mr. Justice Starke granted an application -by the shipowners for an injunction to restrain the Federal Ministry from enforcing the regulations. 'The full court of the High Court will probably be specially constituted to hear ibt- case next week.
