BUCHAREST, Nov. 4. Tho notorious i>ansifc of Galaiz (Rumania), who murdered four people in three days, and has torvwd uiotpnsfs for weeks, has at last beep lulled m a battle with the police. Newspapers report that his head was severed and brought to Bucharest in accordance with tho ancient custom, while his body was handed over to relatives for burial.
