PROSECUTIONS IN SCOTLAND (Received Dec. 27, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 20. The Simttish Lord’s Day Observance Association is prosecuting the Edinburgh magistrates for allowing Sunday performances in cinemas on behalf of the Royal Infirmary.
