AUSTRALIAN CONDITIONS HEAT WAVE AND CYCLONE (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Dec. 27, noon.) SYDNEY, Dec, 27. The weather in Sydney to-day was tempered by a cool southerly, but country districts report a holiday heat wave. The thermometer registered over 100 degrees at a number of inland pent res. This was followed by wind and thunderstorms. A hurricane at Bombala, on the south coast, was the worst for years A tropical cyclone of the willy-willy type is centred in northern parts of Western Australia, where general rain has fallen. ' Good rain is also reported in Central Australia.
