PRINCE SPENDS AN HOUR LONDON, Dec. JO. The Prince of Wales this afternoon paid a. visit lo the Fast End of London, and spent tin hone inspecting various activities in the ('tinning Town Dockland Settlement, also in witnessing a film of it, including their Majesties talking to the 77-years-ohl Mrs. Peters, one of the oldest members of the Mothers’ Meeting section.
