ERROR IN DRAWING EXCITEMENT RIVALS REVOLT LONDON, Dec. 22. The Times’ Madrid correspondent reports that the excitement caused by the drawing of “El Gordo” or “The Fat One” as the greatest lottery in Spain is called, rivalled last week's revolt.
